Pyronix Alarm App Setup

Step by Step Instructions

The following article provides instructions on how to setup remote access to your intrusion panel on your phone or tablet.

Please note: In order for this to work, both your device and the alarm must be connected to the internet. You must have an active subscription too, the first 12 months are free. To renew/extend, please get in contact.

Phone/Tablet

You can access your intruder panel using your mobile device so long as it's running on Android or iOS.

Download the ProControl+ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
- Android (Samsung, Google, etc)
- iOS (iPhone or iPad)
Login or register
- Click login if you have or would like to create a Hik-Connect account or click Add to add a local device.
- Click register or enter your login details
- Login to your account
If your device is not listed or this is the first time you are accessing the device in this account tap the + button in the top right corner.
Tap Intrusion Panel
Enter the following details:
- Adding Type: Intrusion Panel
- Alias: Home
- System ID: Your System ID
  Don't know your System ID? Get in contact.
Click the in the top right hand corner
Enter your user code (The code used to set and unset your alarm)
Enter the app password kcts (all lowercase)
