Alarm app setup
ProControl+ for Pyronix Enforcer panels. The phone and the alarm both need an internet connection.
The first 12 months of app access are included. After that it is a paid subscription — contact us to renew.
- Download ProControl+
- Register or log in to ProControl+ (this is not a Hik-Connect account).
- If the panel is not listed, tap + then Intrusion panel.

Enter:
- Adding type: Intrusion panel
- Alias: Home (or the site name)

System ID: your system ID
Do not know it? Ask us.
- Tap the edit icon, enter your user code (the code you use to set and unset), then the app password kcts (lowercase).
Already in the app? Set and unset from the phone. Keypad steps: set and unset.
