Remote viewing (SuperLive / SuperCam)
Phone and tablet first. The recorder and the device you are using both need internet.
Phone or tablet
Download one app — SuperCam Plus or SuperLive Plus — not both unless we told you which.
- If the app asks to Add device, skip the next bullet. Otherwise open the menu, Server list, then +.

Enter:
- IP / DDNS / SN: the serial we gave you — ask us if you do not have it.
- Nickname: Home
- Username: admin
- Password: the one we set. Older systems were left on 123456 — change it.
- Tap Preview.
Computer
Macs with Apple silicon can use SuperCam Plus from the Mac App Store and follow the phone steps.
Some older recorders still use AutoNAT in a browser. That site needs Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge. Prefer the app if it works.
- Open autonat.com in Edge. Settings → Default browser → allow IE mode, then reload the site in IE mode.
- QR / serial: your serial, username admin, then your password.
- Install the plugin if asked, restart the browser, and log in again.
