Step by Step Instructions

The following article provides instructions on how to setup remote viewing on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

Please note: In order for this to work, both your device and the recorder must be connected to the internet.

You can access your CCTV cameras using your mobile device so long as it's running on Android or iOS.

Download the Superlive Plus app from the App Store or the Google Play Store:
- Android (Samsung, Google, etc)
- iOS (iPhone or iPad)
If it says 'Add Device' at the top of the screen, you can skip this section:
- Click the menu icon in the top left corner
- Tap 'Server List'
- Tap the plus icon in the top right corner
Enter the following details:
- IP/DDNS/SN: Your QR Code Contact your original installer if you don't know.
- Nickname: Home
- Username: admin
- Password: 123456
  Please ensure you change your password.
Click Preview

Follow these simple instructions to setup remote viewing on your laptop or desktop computer.

Visit the AutoNAT.com website:
- Important: You must use Internet Explorer if you are using a Windows PC or Safari if you are using a Mac.
- Open AutoNAT.com
Enter the following details:
- QR code number: Your QR Code
- Username: admin
- Password: 123456
Click Login
Download and save the plugin
Important: Close the Internet Explorer or Safari completely.
Install the plugin
Restart your computer
Visit the AutoNAT.com website:
- Important: You must use Internet Explorer if you are using a Windows PC or Safari if you are using a Mac.
- Open AutoNAT.com
Enter the following details:
- QR code number: Your QR Code Contact your original installer if you don't know.
- Username: admin
- Password: 123456
