What data is being collected?

You may provide us with information in several ways, including by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone and email. This includes information you provided when you registered for an account, signed up for a mailing list or enter into a contract for the supply of products or services. We do not add customer or staff email addresses to the newsletter unless that person has subscribed and confirmed.

The information that you provide may include your name, address, email address, phone number and other information about you to enable us to provide you with news and information on relevant products and/or to provide support.

Our legal basis for processing your personal information for the purposes described above will typically be one of the following:

Data Retention

We only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services and fulfill our legal obligations. Call recordings are kept for 24 months, then deleted.

People who want to join us

If you fill in the join the team form, we keep your name, contact details, whether you are interested in a job or an apprenticeship, and any experience, qualifications, education, driving and availability you choose to give us, so we can get in touch about future work or apprenticeships. We do not use that form to decide pay. We do not ask for your date of birth, National Insurance number, health information, or other information we do not need at this stage.

The legal basis is your consent. We keep the record for 12 months, then delete it unless you join us or you ask us to keep it. You can withdraw consent at any time using the link in the email we send you, by emailing info@keironcheesbrough.com, or by phoning 0121 295 1925. If you apply for a listed vacancy with a CV, we use that application to consider you for that role and related work.

Whistleblowing reports

If you send a report through the Speak up page, we keep it so we can look into the concern. Access is limited. If you give your name or contact details, we use them only to follow up with you. If you send the report without your name, we cannot reply.

Complaints

If you send an official complaint through the complaints page, we keep your name, address, contact details, how you want us to contact you, what you told us, how you want it put right, and any extra-support information you choose to give so we can acknowledge it, look into it, visit safely if needed, and write back with the outcome. We keep the record with the job file. Extra-support details are optional and are only used to handle that complaint.

Sharing your personal information

We do not share your information with any third parties other than those we are required to in order to deliver a service to you such as a courier.

Website Analytics and Cookies

We use first-party analytics on this website so we can see which browsers and pages are used, and so we can warn people on browsers that are no longer supported. We record browser family, version, operating system, device type and the page path. We do not store IP addresses, advertising IDs, or a raw user-agent string. A short-lived cookie is only set if you dismiss the outdated-browser notice.

Credit and Debit Cards

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties other than to process a payment for products or services we provide to you.

Note: You also have the right to opt-out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or in your account. Subscribe on the newsletter page. We do not charge a fee to access your personal data, though we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
