Part set (night set)
Part set leaves you inside while the rest of the house is protected. On most systems we programme that as area B.
- Close the doors and windows that should be protected. Leave the route to bed clear if that is how we set it up.
- Enter your user code, or present your tag.
- When it shows Set Areas?, press B, then YES.
- Wait for the confirmation tone. Stay inside the part-set area.
- To unset, go to the keypad and enter your code or present your tag. There is often no entry tone if you never left the house.
If Flexi-Set is on, the keypad may offer the usual area without you pressing A or B. If B does nothing, we may have used a different area — use the letters we showed you at handover.
