Speak up

Anyone can use this — people who work here, customers, suppliers, or a member of the public. Use it if you have a serious concern about Keiron Cheesbrough Ltd: safety, the law, money, or how people are treated.

What this is for

A genuine belief that one of these is happening, has happened, is likely to happen, or is being covered up:

  • A crime
  • A legal duty being broken
  • A danger to someone’s health or safety
  • Damage to the environment
  • A miscarriage of justice

What this is not for

  • A quote, booking or password — use Contact.
  • Work we did that was wrong, late or poor — use Complaints. That is the official complaints process.
  • A small website or staff-system idea — if you work here, use Suggest on a staff page.

How we handle it

  • The report is confidential. Ordinary staff and managers cannot open this inbox.
  • You can send it without your name. If you do, we cannot reply.
  • If you leave contact details and ask us to get back to you, we use them only for this report.
  • You get a reference number. Keep it if you need to follow up.
  • We look into genuine reports. We may have to share information if the law requires it (for example with the police or a regulator).

If you work here

UK law can protect workers who raise a qualifying concern in the public interest — employees, many contractors and agency staff. That protection is against unfair treatment or dismissal for speaking up. It does not apply to every kind of complaint, and we cannot decide a tribunal case for you.

You can use this form, or you can tell a prescribed person such as the HSE or, for licensed security work, the Security Industry Authority. Independent advice: Protect (020 3117 2520) or Acas.

If you are a customer or a member of the public

You are welcome to use this form. We still look into a serious concern about safety, the law, money or how people were treated. The statutory whistleblowing protection is written for workers, not for customers — that does not stop you telling us, or telling a regulator.

A problem with a job we did (missed appointment, poor work, a bill) is usually a complaint, not this page.

Independent advice

You can get advice, or tell a regulator, without using this form.

  • Protect — free, confidential whistleblowing advice for workers
  • GOV.UK: whistleblowing — rights and prescribed persons
  • HSE — health and safety
  • ICO — personal data
  • SIA — licensed security and public safety in that industry

Plain facts help. Names, dates, places, what you saw. Do not investigate it yourself.
