VDP app on iPhone or Android. For the first setup, the phone must be on the same Wi‑Fi as the doorbell.

We still leave this guide here for doorbells already fitted, but we no longer actively support this model. If it is failing, or you want something current, we recommend an upgrade.
Video doorbell installation- Download VDP
- Tap + or Add device.
- Select your doorbell, then Next.
- Enter the Wi‑Fi password, then Next.
- Choose LAN connection and wait while the app searches.
- Tick your device and tap Next.
- Open WiFi doorbell.
- Password: kcts1234 (lowercase). Change this after you are in.
