Hik-Connect password

This is the cloud account in the app, not the code on the recorder. You need the email or phone number on the account.

Reset on the website

  1. Open the Hik-Connect web client.
  2. On the login screen tap Forgot password.
  3. Enter the username, email or phone on the account, then the captcha.
  4. Tap Next. A code is sent by email or SMS.
  5. Enter the code, choose a new password, then log in on the app with it.

Reset in the app

On the login screen tap Forgot password and follow the same email or SMS steps.
