In the account field, enter your username, email address, or phone number registered to your Hikconnect account.
Enter the captcha code shown to verify you are not a robot.
Click "Next."
You will receive a security code via email or SMS.
Enter the security code in the provided field.
Click "OK."
Choose and enter your new password.

You can now login to the Hik-Connect app or the Hik-Connect website using your new password.
