Goods supplied correctly can only be returned to us providing we are notified via email within 7 days of their delivery to you and we receive the items back within 30 days of their supply to you. Email us at our returns address: email@example.com. You will be given a returns reference number upon acceptance. Providing items have not been fitted or used and are returned back to us undamaged in their original packaging we will refund their purchase price.
Postage costs for returns must be paid for by you and damage whilst in transit to us is at your risk. Please write your returns reference number clearly on the outside of your parcel. We can not accept returns without a returns reference.
Specially ordered items or "made to order" items are not included in these conditions and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We do not operate a "stock on approval" or "sale or return" policy.
If you think you have a problem with anything purchased from us, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We have a very strong customer support network and are happy to talk over your issues to see if we can resolve them. In most cases problems are related to the way equipment is installed or set up and we can provide a solution remotely. Where an item still under guarantee is being returned because you believe it is faulty email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be issued with a fault reference number. Return the item to us. Providing a fault is found and there are no signs of misuse we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion. The guarantee period will continue from the original purchase date and all re-delivery costs will be covered by us.
We work hard to ensure our customers are happy with their systems and are always here for advice. All major items are hand checked prior to delivery to minimise the risk of dead on arrival and help us resolve any installation issues you might have.
