Change the screen resolution on your CCTV recorder
Use the phone app to set the HDMI output so it matches your TV or monitor. Use SuperLive Plus or SuperCam Plus (the one we set you up with).
- Open SuperLive Plus or SuperCam Plus and sign in so you can see your recorder.
- Tap the menu (usually top left).
- Open Remote setting.
- Tap your recorder / device.
- Open System, then General setting.
- Find Main output (HDMI / main display resolution).
- Choose a resolution that matches the TV — often 1920×1080. Use 4K only if both the recorder and the TV support it. If the picture is black or the wrong size, try 1920×1080 first.
- Tap Save (top right).
- Check the TV. Wait a few seconds, then check the TV input.
This changes the recorder HDMI lead to the TV, not the live-view quality in the app. App setup is on remote viewing. If it is still wrong, try the next size down and check the HDMI cable.
Still the wrong size?
If the picture stays black or cropped after you change the output, we can visit and set it to match the TV.
