Hik-Connect on a new phone

Use the same Hik-Connect account we set up. You should not need to add devices again.

  1. Install Hik-Connect
    Android iPhone
  2. Open the app, enter your username and password, tap Log in.
  3. Allow notifications if you want alerts.
  4. Your sites should list themselves. Tap one for live view.

Forgotten the password? Reset it. Devices missing after login? Contact us — we may need to add them again.
