Master manager menu
This is the full keypad menu. You need the master manager code we set at install — not a day-to-day user code.
- The alarm must be unset.
- Press D, then enter the master manager code (or present the manager tag).
- Press NO to move through the list. Press YES to open the item on the screen.
- Press A on a main menu title to leave the manager menu.
Master manager typically includes:
- EDIT USERS — codes, tags and keyfobs. See add or edit a user and change a user code.
- WALK TEST — check doors and PIRs without a full set. See walk test.
- SET DATE & TIME — the clock. After a power cut it often updates itself if Wi‑Fi is on.
- ALLOW ENGINEER MENU — turn this to Yes before we visit, or we cannot get in.
- OMIT INPUTS — leave one zone off for the next set, if we made it omittable. See omit a zone.
- WI-FI SETUP — point the panel at a 2.4GHz network. See new Wi‑Fi on the alarm.
You may also see review logs, a siren test, or phonebook items. The list changes with how the panel is programmed — missing items are normal.
An ordinary user code only opens the User Menu: change your own code, walk test on some systems, review logs, and allow the engineer menu. It cannot add people or change other codes. If D does nothing useful, that code is not the manager — ask us.
